Remi Rebillard was born and raised in Paris, France and was first introduced to photography by the famous French film director Jean Becker. Remi started his photography career in 1991 and started to work with a variety of European fashion magazines such as Grazia, Amica, Anna, British Cosmo, British Elle, Figaro Madame, Uomo Vogue and many more. Deriving his inspiration from living in the most beautiful city in the world, he put it to use while shooting some of the most beautiful women in the world. Remi moved to New York City in 1992. Using a combination of mag-lights, gels and daylight from Greenwhich Village artist's loft, he developed his unique light and became recognized as a beauty photographer.
